| Like the man himself, the Globe Altar — designed and refined by Matt Mumford — is old-school looks combined with new-school "technibility." Rest assured that these skate shoes will take anything you try to put them through, knowing Mumford has already tried and tested every stitch, nook and panel. The upper is made of action and synthetic leather with a triple-stitched forefoot panel and perforated quarters and vamp. There's a hidden lacing system, internal tongue stabilizers and a full-length kinetic EVA cushioning system. The CM rubber "vulcanized aesthetic" cupsole has extra sidewall thickness throughout the forefoot and also has a Hex-STG tread for great grip on a variety of surfaces. |
