It's September 30, 1954, at New York's Polo Grounds, and Dusty Rhodes has just launched a solo, 7th-inning homer off Cleveland's Early Wynn in Game 2 of the World Series. The shot off the right field facade provides the Giants with an insurance run in their 3-1 victory over the Indians. A day earlier, Rhodes' pinch-hit, 3-run homer in the 10th inning lifted the Giants to a 5-2 victory in Game 1.
